We will provide competition opportunities at the end of each day. This camp will begin at 1:00 and end at 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday. Camp competition begins at 3:30 and will be over 5ish. We will have breakout sessions in this camp, so whether you are fairly new to wrestling or a state wrestling champion, this will be a great camp for you. Advanced setups and finishes to the single leg, high c, and double leg takedowns will be instructed by UCO collegiate wrestlers. Counter offense will also be stressed in this camp. If you are an advanced wrestler, you may attend the Advanced wrestling camp to learn some Mat wrestling techniques from 10:30 am - 12:30 am each day. Advanced Wrestling Camp will be for High School athletes and advanced youth.
